Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ResultX, an international online result publishing platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and ResultX. These rules are designed to ensure a secure, reliable, and trustworthy environment for all users.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of the ResultX platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. For institutions, this includes your authorized representatives. For students, this includes you as an individual user. By creating an account or accessing results, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the ResultX platform guidelines and our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration & Security

To maintain the integrity of our digital exam result platform regulations, all users must adhere to strict security protocols:

• Institutional Verification: Institutions must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to be granted publishing rights. This ensures only legitimate educational bodies can upload results.
• Secure Access: All accounts require secure login credentials, and we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced protection.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Result Publishing Rules

Our secure result management policies are in place to protect the accuracy and privacy of student data. The following are key institutional account usage rules:

• Only fully verified institutions are permitted to publish results on the ResultX platform.
• Results must be uploaded using approved formats, such as CSV/XLSX files or through direct entry on our secure portal, to ensure data integrity.
• For security, an OTP (One-Time Password) verification sent to the registered administrator is required for the final publication of any result set.

User Responsibilities

All users, including institutions and students, agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration and verification process.
• Refrain from any misuse of the platform, which includes attempting unauthorized access to data, introducing malicious software, or disrupting service. The student access rules specifically prohibit sharing login details.
• Respect the privacy and security of all student data. Institutions must ensure they have the necessary consent to publish student results.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software features associated with the ResultX platform are the exclusive property of ResultX and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ResultX provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. While we implement robust security measures, institutions are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they upload. ResultX is not responsible for errors in the results data provided by institutions or for any misuse of results by end-users after they have been accessed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital platform regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResultX operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal frameworks and jurisdictions.
